12 miles. Being day 1 back from California and only having 4 hours of sleep, I treadmilled. Couldn't face the layers of clothing and cold wind. I know, wimpy. But I did get caught up on Biggest Loser while I ran my intervals. Have to watch that show when I'm working out, otherwise I just sit and eat the whole time it's on.
