10 miles. 2 mile warm-up followed by 6 x 800 @ 5k pace w/ 400 rest, 4 x 400 @ 5k-15sec pace w/400 rest. Took a little longer rest than I probably needed, I was nervous being back on the track for the first time in a while.

Allie - it is my goal to rediscover the love I once had for the track...way back when I was a sprinter!
Melody - not sure my racing plans. I'd love to get in another marathon this summer/fall, but I want to be careful that I don't do what I did last year and race too much/train too little.

I just saw that you said 5K-15 seconds! Only a sprinter could pull out some fast 400s like that. Wowzas!

Melody-back in the glory days of being a sprinter, that would have been a slow workout!
AMAZING race yesterday! Holy smokes-you are running fantastic this year!
