Hips and quads still torn to shreds. Love it though, makes me feel like I worked hard. Body tells me to wait to get back out there, but my mind can't wait to run another marathon! Such a fun training cycle and race to top it off. Trying to stay smart about recovery, and maybe enjoy some of the Swiss chocolate we have left over from our Europe trip!
