6 miles. Munich. Wanted to go longer, but didn't want to get separated from Kent. This place is huge and very easy to get lost. Plus it seemed like there were more questionable individuals roaming the streets, even at an early hour. Ran to a plaza where they were setting up a Sunday afternoon Beer Garden. We didn't stay.

Back in Zurich today, early morning shuttle ride to the airport took the place of running. Off to Paris for our last day. Arrived in Paris about 11am and finally figured out how to use the train/metro system. Walked from our hotel to the Arc de Triomphe, then to the Eiffel Tower, then down the Champs Elysees to the Louvre and back to the hotel. At least 10 miles, and no ice-cream, so it counts for something, I hope!

Super early morning to catch the metro, then RER back to the Paris airport. Sat on a plane all day. Ugh, heavy legs!

12 miles. Back on U.S. soil, already missing the amazing network of trails all throughout Europe. They have it all figured out! Ran 4 of the twelve miles at RP minus 10-15 seconds to remind my legs that there is a race coming in just a few weeks!

10 miles. Easy pace, legs are heavy from weights last night. Or maybe from two weeks of vacation...

18 miles. Not a very adventurous run today, I was inside because the wind would have blown me to Idaho.
