6 miles. Souplantation Loop. Made it to Brea last night after 12.5 hours in the car. My bum is still sore.

6 miles. Brea High School track - 2 mile warm-up then, 4x400 at MP. 96, 96, 99(trying to determine if I could run 100 more laps at this pace, made me nervous), 95. Probably too fast, but that's what the track does to me. Finished up with a modified Kraemer Loop. I think I felt okay today, but I suffer from the love/hate relationship with taper week.

Planned day off today. Just some foam rolling and stretching. Everything feels like it hurts. Makes me dislike tapering even more. Super anxious for the run.

2 miles. Northwood extension, can't even call it a loop! Short and sweet, surprisingly my phantom hip flexor soreness did not bother me at all.

Foam rolling followed by an ice bath. Can't believe it will all be over in less than 48 hours!
