12.5 miles. Cache Valley Mall Loop. Achy knees today, might take some miles off next week to see if that will help...and get new shoes.

Congrats to all the Ogden-ers!

i just got new shoes on friday - kinvara 3. i don't know what you've been running in, but i would recommend the k3's if you like lightweight trainers. much better design and fit than the ks'2, imo.

nice job this week -- you really bounced back well.

Thanks for the shoe tips Allie! I have run in the Kinvara 2's and have been wanting to try the K3's. I really like Saucony but I actually got a pair of Pearl Izumi's last fall that I loved, surprisingly! They were very cushiony and light and kept that "new shoe" feeling for quite some time.
