am: 10 miles. Hollow Road. Beautiful morning, I love running when pace doesn't matter!
Lunch: Rip60, day 1. So far so good, haven't missed a day!
pm: 12 mile bike ride with Kent. LOTS of hills, one flat tire (Kent), one tip-over/skinned knee (me)
6 miles. TOU mile 22 Loop. Super-slow because I am super-sore.
Rip60, day 2
12 miles. Hollow Road. Hardest part of the run was dodging the cotton blossoms meandering through the air, didn't swallow very many.
pm: Rip60, a.k.a. RippedHammies. It's as if I've never used my hamstrings or triceps. Please don't ask me to sit down.
8 miles. Providence Cemetery Loop, followed by Rip60, hamstrings are slowly forgiving me.
am: 5 miles. Fairly easy today, wanted to get a little in before work and before the rain.
lunch: Rip60 followed by 7 miles. Wimped out and ran inside, I just don't like soggy shoes and raisin-toes.
12.5 miles. Cache Valley Mall Loop. Achy knees today, might take some miles off next week to see if that will help...and get new shoes.
